CORE Team PT seeks to promote safe, creative, effective and fun group workouts that minimize our impact on the planet by utilizing items we already have (instead of fancy equipment) and places that already exist (instead of fancy gyms).
CORE Team PT starts with a Shared Standard as a foundation, for individuals to work together with a common “workout language”, and then layers that foundation with creativity and all the contributions each of us can bring to the team. The CORE Team PT recommended Shared Standard includes:
